Steps that help you to have zest:
Everyone has problems but we must overcome them, know that they do not overshadow your mood. With certain habits you can keep always enthusiastic and this will affect your quality of life.
1. DO NOT STRESS THOSE THINGS YOU CAN'T CHANGE AND AT WORK IN FOCUS IN THE THINGS YOU CAN MODIFY.
2. MAKE A LIST OF EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BE THANKFUL.
3. DO SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY TO ESCAPE THE ROUTINE.
It can be from something very small like riding a bicycle to work.
4. HAVE A CHARITABLE ACT DAILY.
This addition to helping others, you're enriching yourself. Eventually, you will be rewarded and feel better.
5. LET GO RESENTMENT.
If you surround yourself with negative people or a "toxic" situation it will not be good so it is advisable to leave aside all the bad things that can hurt you.
